We are delighted to be able to assist you in improving the Asmazol product return policy. We have made some changes to provide a better experience for our customers:
“At Asmazol, we are committed to providing quality products with proven effectiveness. However, we understand that occasionally our customers may not be completely satisfied with their purchase. That’s why we have implemented a 15-day return policy from the date of acquisition.
To be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, we request that the bottles of Asmazol that you have not used (2 units) be returned unopened, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Additionally, customers should also return the empty bottles of the product used (2 units). This process is necessary to ensure the integrity of our return system and to help us continually improve the quality of our products.
We appreciate the submission of a valid receipt along with the returned bottles to expedite the refund process. Please note that all shipping costs associated with returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer.
We value our customers’ feedback and are always looking for ways to improve. If you have any further questions or concerns about our return policy, our friendly customer service team is available to assist you at any time.
Thank you for choosing Asmazol.
